Pet Therapy?
Patients at our office are likely to be greeted by our canine

I started bringing my dog(s) into the office after reading a medical
review of the evidence attesting to the medical benefits of
dogs in hospitals. Their presence reduces blood pressure, reduces
pain, induces relaxation, and so on, and led the doctor writing
the review to conclude that if dogs were a drug, then it would
be malpractice not to provide them to all patients in hospital.
Our office dogs are always in a good mood, always put affection
and relationships first, and always want above all else to
please those they love. They are also thoroughly silly, and
they insist that people around them get silly from time to
time too. And they do a first-rate job of demonstrating the
healing power of naps...
