Our Practice

Our office is in Chapel Hill, 5 minutes’ drive from I-40. As well as the physician, Dr. Alan Spanos, the office hosts a physical therapist, Cheri Hall, and a massage therapist, Cindy Rubel. We also collaborate closely with acupunturist Dr. Zhenjiang Chen, whose office is next door. Also next door is Zoë Stefanidis at Chapel Hill Compounding, a pharmacy that specializes in making medications that are individualized for specific patients' needs.

The practice is designed around patients’ comfort and convenience. Parking is right outside the door. Appointments are on time. Phone calls are not delegated to administrative staff. I return all calls myself.

For services that we don't have "in house," we arrange for them wherever is most convenient for the patient. When we need input from other doctors such as surgeons or neurologists, we involve the patient in the decision, and then do all we can to ensure that the appointment is as prompt and as convenient as possible.
