Alan Spanos, MD, MA

DR. SPANOS has been specializing in the treatment of difficult chronic pain problems since 1986. He is trained in internal medicine, family practice and anesthesiology, and also has postgraduate training in acupuncture and in clinical hypnosis. He has taught at hospitals and medical schools nationwide on pain and its treatment. He also has a special interest in two specific medical conditions: fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.
